Note: Death certificate says father says was John Henry Maulding and mother was Roxianna (no maiden name). and that James Garthan Maulding was the informent.

William , I have been told by family, seems to have had a serious run in with the law, about a shooting of some kind in a bar, in Georgia, or some where, and had a name like John Bennet Fetters??? and came from Ben Hill Co., or Fulton Co.,GA and maybe born in Benhill? Upson Co. or Thomaston Co., or Macon, Georgia or Richmond VA??????. It's hard to pinpoint it from my info.

Also he might have had another wife, maybe Eleen Feter?, Fetter?, Felter? or Fetler? and another family when he went " on the run " to Mississippi and met Naomi Eugenia Smith in Jackson or Meridian MS and simply married again ?????

He could have had a sister, Molly Fair or Luty May in North Carolina.?????? All the best info available to me so far.
