George W. Cox, 90, of 1526 Third Ave., Columbus, Ga., a former Arcadia resident who continued to own his home here, died Tuesday afternoon, May 14, 1974, at St. Frances Hospital in Columbus following a brief illness. Mr. Cox was born in Trinway, Ohio, April 12, 1884, and had been a winter resident in Arcadia for many years. He was a retired civil engineer and a member of the Episcopal Church. He is survived by his widow, Frances H. Cox. Funeral Services and burial were in Columbus, Ga.
