The official cause of death, on the death certificate, indicates an Acute Coronary Artery Thrombosis. The onset until death was seconds. Other significant conditions contributing to death: Drug Toxicity - Cocaine. An autopsy was performed.

I attended his funeral and I have to say it was probably one of the largest that Niles, MI has seen in some time. Very sad that he died so young.
