Son of William Henry McQuerter and Nancy Adeline Pulley.

His wife was Annie Eve Hornberger, married on 6 Oct 1895 in Erin, Houston, TN.

Moved to TN to live at an Odd Fellows Home with his wife. After she dies newspapers have him living in Flora, IN with his daughter, Nettie, where he passes away at her home.
