Funeral services for Katherine Reeson, age 81 of West Point, were held Monday at St. Mary's Catholic Church in West Point. Burial was in St. Michael's Cemetery. Revs. Dave Reesen of Omaha and Jerome Dickes of West Point officiated. She died Mar. 25, 1987 at her home. Pallbearers were Dan Nesladek, Ken Nesladek, David Nesladek, Dan Reeson, Henry Drueke and Daniel Rief. She was born June 1, 1905 in West Point to Anton and Theresa (Ortmeier) Drueke and was a lifetime West Point resident. She attended St. Anthony's School at St. Charles and Guardian Angels School in West Point. On Apr. 23, 1929 she married Charles Reeson in West Point. She was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church, Christian Mothers, Catholic Daughters and Guild. Survivors include her husband; one daughter, Mrs. William (Theresa) Nesladek of West Point; one sister, Mrs. John (Elizabeth) Rolf of West Point; and four grandchildren.
