Mrs. Verna Campbell Of Lemoore Church, Dies
Lemoore (Kings Co.), March 17-----Mrs. Verna D. Campbell, 84, a resident of Lemoore since 1884 and a charter member of the Lemoore Presbyterian Church, died today in Fresno.
Mrs. Campbell was born in West Virginia. She was a member of the Companion Court of the Lemoore Lodge of the Order of Foresters.
Surviving her are a son, Arthur D. Campbell, manager of the Hanford and Lemoore branches of the Anglo-California National Bank; a daughter, Mrs. Laura Harrington of Fresno; a brother, Luther Brown of Fresno, and five grandchildren.
The funeral will be held Monday afternoon at 2 o'clock in the Phipps Mortuary here with Rev. William Eisenhower officiating and burial in the Grangeville Cemetery.
