Glenda Jean McClain Conley, 65, formerly of Arnoldsburg, died Friday, June 23, 2004.

She was the daughter of the late Lovie Olive McClain and Schuyler Playford McClain.

She was active in Barnes Run Church and Arnoldsburg Community Church for many years and attended Trinity Church of God, Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio, and Weston Church of God.

Surviving are one son, Gary Conley of Rockport; one daughter, Karen Conley-Dukes of Elizabeth; two sisters, Mae M. Johnson of Burnsville and Eleanor L. Reese of Barberton, Ohio; four brothers, Bert McClain and Roy McClain, both of Akron, Ohio, Sammy McClain of Lakemore, Ohio, and Earl McClain of Cambridge, Ohio; and five grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Woodrow "Woody" Clarence Conley; one son, Woodrow Clarence Conley, Jr.; and three brothers, Patrick, Delbert and Steve McClain.

Services were held at Stump Funeral Home, Arnoldsburg, with Rev. Robert Johnson officiating. Burial was in Husk Cemetery, Arnoldsburg, WV.
