Ferris, on the Montgomery road, at Pleasant Ridge, in Columbia Township, on Saturday, the 22d day of September, A.D. 1860, at 10:00 a.m. the following described property to-wit: Several hundred shade trees, silver, poplar, maple. Several thousand Balsam and Norway fine Larch and Spruce ornamental trees. Also all the interest of J.C. Ferris in a lot of white fine, and arbor vitae and Norway fir trees. Also an undivided half a lot of two and three year old Apple trees. Lot of cherry trees, 500 or more apple trees; shrubbery thorns, etc. Together with the interest of J.C. Ferris in the green house in said nursery (supposed to be one half). To be sold as the property of Isaac C. Ferris, at the suit of William F. Bowen. Case # 15,785. Terms of sale~cash. H.
