Margaret wed William Neal in Ireland in 1846 and they immigrated to Carbon County, Pennsylvania. William died there and Margaret wed John Lees in 1849. They had one child then moved to Adams County, Illinois and had five more. After John died, Margaret wed Hiram Thompson in Adams County, Illinois on November 27, 1862, and later wed Samuel McAnulty on October 18, 1883. Margaret died on April 13, 1887, in Adams County, Illinois and is buried in Byler Cemetery.
