Myrtilla Eno was born to Andrew L. Eno and Louisa Ransom on April 24 1873 in Maple Grove, Barry County, Michigan, USA. She had one brother, William Elmer Eno, and two sisters, Anna Permelia Eno and a baby sister whom did not live. She also had two half siblings from her father and step mother, Margaret Mitchell. Her half brother was Ansel Leake Eno and her half sister was Laura Etta Eno.

She Married Carlton Barrett Jones on October 17, 1898 in Battle Creek, Calhoun,Michigan, USA. Sometime before 1905 the family moved to Seattle Washington where they had two children, Elwood Eno Jones and Mildred Bernita Jones (Bond).

Myrtilla Died suddenly in her home on March 29, 1939.
