Bertha L. Beaman was born on November 19, 1922 in Brandon and departed this life on Thursday October 21, 2010 at the Holly Nursing Care Center in Holly, at the age of 87.
Mrs. Beaman was preceded in death by her father-Joseph Sinka of Lamar; by her mother-Helen Kultcher-Sinka of Eads; by her husband-Henry Beaman of Holly; by one daughter-Betty Jones of Holly; by one son-Charles Beaman of Holly; by one grandson-Barry Jones of Alma; by one sister-Irene Barker of Lamar; and by two brothers-Joe Sinka of Casper, Wyo.; and Al Sinka of Lamar.
Bertha is survived by one son-Jim (Marlene) Beaman of Colorado Springs; by five grandchildren; eleven great grandchildren; and eight great-great grandchildren; and by three sisters-Mary Dieterle of Wiley; Ida Mayhew of Lamar; and Tillie Lucas of Juanita, Neb.; also surviving are numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and a host of friends.
Funeral services for longtime Holly, Colorado resident, Bertha L. Beaman will be held at 11a.m. Tuesday October 26, 2010 at Valley Memorial Funeral Chapel in Holly. Reverend Ralph Plummer will officiate the service and burial will follow in the Holly Cemetery.
Visitation for Mrs. Beaman will be held from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday October 25, 2010 and prior to the service on Tuesday at Valley Memorial Funeral Chapel in Holly.
