ELIZABETH MAE EYER
Of the Bellwood intersection, Altoona RD 3, died at 11 p.m. Friday in her home following an extended illness. Mrs. Eyer was born May 21, 1910, at Dudley, a daughter of John and Barbara (Strayer) Barto. She was married to Russell M. Eyer June 4, 1929, at Dudley. Surviving are her husband, two children, Mrs. Joyce Cordes of the Bellwood intersection and Miss Beverly of Philadelphia; three grandchildren and four sisters and three brothers, Mrs. Pauline Britton of Detroit, Mich., Miss Mary J., Miss Della and Miss Beryl of Portland, Mich., John of Baltimore, Md., Gordon of Warriors Mark and Roy of Saxton. A son, Ronald, died March 5. Mrs. Eyer had been employed by the Reliance Manufacturing Company, Tyrone, for the past 12 years. She was a member of the Gatesburg Lutheran Church.
