Mr. John Ray[sic] Crawford, 45, year old resident at Laurel Hill, Rt. died in his home on Sunday, June 11 at 6:15 a.m. after a lingering illness. He is survived by his wife and several children. The funeral was held at in the Almarant[sic] cemetery near Laurel Hill on Tuesday, June 13 at 3 o'clock p.m. with Rev. Luke Henderson officiating.
