Albert Aalgaard was buried Monday afternoon from the Lutheran church, Rev. A. A. Holbeck, pastor, speaking the burial service for the dead.

About two weeks ago Mr. Aalgaard returned from a trip to Rochester, Minn., where he went to the Mayo hospital hoping by means of an, operation for cancer of the stomach to prolong his life. No operation was performed and Mr. Aalgaard returned at once to his home on the old Wormser ranch, where he passed away Friday afternoon, surrounded by his family.

Those to carry him to his last home in Mountain View were: A. H. Arncson, Nels Iverson, Jacob Johnson, Severin Nelson, Antone Grande, Richard Hauge. Miss Inga Solberg assisted the choir, which was composed of those who earlier in the day sang at the funeral of Mr. Willman: Mrs. Eli Hoyseth, Mrs. Dorman Kellogg, Mrs. A. G. Jahr, Miss Alice Rostad, J. A. Lowry and M. L. Baughcy.

In February, 1880, Albert Aalgaard was born near Egersund, Norway, coming to this city nine years later. In 1904 a double wedding took place in Big Timber when Mr. Aalgaard and Hans Tjaaland were married to Misses Gemalia Egeland and Miss Bertha Anderson respectively, Mr. Aalgaard taking
his bride to live on a ranch near the Yellowstone at Reed Point, and Mr. Tjaaland and his bride beginning home-keeping in the neighborhood of Grey Cliff.

After four years of ranching the Aalgaard family went to Norway, remaining fifteen years, and until last year residing in Minnesota and California.

He leaves a wife, four sons and five daughters. Also, in Norway, a mother, four sisters and a brother will mourn his loss. His father died three years ago.
