Edna Mae Brennan, (better known as Jenks), passed away on March 26, 2011 in Houston, TX at the age of 93. She was born on September 10, 1917 to Thomas Nolan Jenkins and Lena Leora Wright-Jenkins. Edna is preceded in death by her parents; siblings; and husband of 42 years, Jimmy Brennan. She is survived by one son, Mike Brennan and wife Cindy; one daughter, Alana Green and husband Jimmy; five grandchildren, Kevin Brennan and wife Helen, Amy Larison and husband Winston, Ryan Brennan, Abbey Korthals and husband Bill, Christopher Green and wife Chelsey; six great grandchildren, Kyle Brennan, Allison Brennan, Gabriele Brennan, Collin Korthals, Madelyn Green, Lyla Green; and expected twin great grandchildren. The family would like to thank the staff at Holly Hall Retirement Community and Houston Hospice for the loving care and warm compassion that was given to their sweet Mom.

The family will receive friends for visitation on Tuesday, March 29, 2011 from 1:00-2:00 p.m. at Sunset United Methodist Church 709 Allendale Rd. Pasadena, TX. Funeral services will begin at 2:00 p.m. with interment to follow in Forest Lawn Cemetery.
