Rhea Raye Wiliams Garrett was the dsughter of Eddie Ray and Martha Williams. She had three children, Travis, Debbie and Tracy. She died of cancer at her father and step-mother's (Kay)house. They cared for her. She was so much fun and always laughing and joking. She was married to Travis Garrett and they were divorced.


Rhea Raye (Williams) Garrett, 54, of Auxvasse, died Monday October 11, 1999, at Ellis Fischel State Cancer Hospital in Columbia.

She was born October 24, 1944, in Fulton, the daughter of Eddie Ray and the late Martha Owen (Vermillion) Williams.

Survivors include her father, one daughter, Debbie Garrett of Biloxi, Mississippi, two sons, Tracy Garrett and Vance Garrett, both of Independence, one sister, Sharon Davis of Columbia, her stepmother, Marian "Kay" Williams and two grandchildren.

Privite family services will be held at a later date.

Memorial contributions are suggested to Victory Fellowship Church in Fulton.
