Mrs. Carrie M. Steckel, 72, 218 S. 4th St., Coplay, died Monday at 7:55 p.m. in the Allentown Hospital.She had been confined there since July 27.
She was born in Rittersville, a daughter of the late William and Raley Ann (Deily) Ehret. She was a member of St. Peter's Evangelical and Reformed Church.
Preceded in death by her husband, Soloman A., three sisters and four brothers, she is survived by the following: a son, Soloman S., at home: a daughter, Helen E. Steckel, at home: a grandson, LeRoy Elwood Steckel at home, and two brothers, Lovine C. Ehret and Warren G. Ehret, both of Allentown.
