Mrs. Martha Witter, wife of the late Harvey Witter, died at her home, Liberty street, this morning following an illness of several months. She was the daughter of the late Christian and Savilla Royer and is survived by one son, David, at home; two sisters, Miss Virginia, Baltimore, and Mrs. Rebecca Bixler, this city; four brothers: Howard, Baltimore; Jacob, York, Pa., Harry and John, this city. One grandson also survives. She was aged 70 years.

The deceased has been a lifelong member of the Church of the Brethren and from which church funeral services held at the time going to press funeral arrangements have not yet been completed.
