Neal E. "Buddy" Kinsinger, 93, of Ottumwa, formerly of Milton, died Saturday, Nov. 22, 2003, at the Veterans Affairs Medical Center of congestive heart failure.
His body was donated to the University of Iowa Deeded Body Program at University Hospitals. There will be private family services. Burial of the cremated remains will be in Milton Cemetery at a later date. Morgan Funeral and Cremation Choices, Mount Vernon Chapel, is in charge of arrangements.
