Tom Whitted, 78, Dies Following Extended Illness
Thomas Whitted, 78, Route 3, Clinton died at the Vermillion county hospital at 12:45 a.m. following a few month's illness. He was born in Clinton and had lived his entire life in this county. He was a coal miner by occupation.
Survivors are one sister, Mrs. Edna Jones, Clinton and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Friday at the Frist Funeral Home. Rev. Paul Shepard will officiate and burial will be in Riverside cemetery.
