JANET MORRISON, 66, of Lavalette died Wednesday, November 12, 2003, at St. Mary's Medical Center in Huntington. She was born August 17, 1937, in Wayne County, a daughter of the late Lilburn and Opal Ferguson. Survivors include her husband, James "Jim" Morrison; three children, Gwen and Wayne Burton of Lavalette, Allen and Karen Morrison of Wayne and Kim and Carl Manns of Huntington, and five grandchildren. Graveside services will be conducted at 1 p.m. Saturday, November 15, 2003, at Mount Vernon Cemetery, with Pastor Paul Jarrells officiating. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Hospice of Huntington.
