She and Ephraim raised two adopted children:
- son Richard Monroe Fisk, nee Richard Monroe, born circa 1851 in New York
- daughter Emma Elizabeth Fisk, nee Emma Elizabeth Kenmore, born circa 1852; evidence strongly suggests she is the "Minnie Fisk" who married Columbus Denney

Elizabeth Trescott Fisk and Ephraim Fisk Jr. also had a girl, Charlotte Fisk, age 14, in their household on 1850 census in Java. A 19-year-old Charlotte Fisk, very likely the same person, appears on 1855 census in Lowell, Mass. No record found after that. May have married or may have died from working in the mills. Not known whether she was biological or adopted daughter, or some other relation.

Obit text from Iola Register, Saturday, January 30, 1875(spelling corrections bracketed):

Died.

At Geneva, January 21, 1875, after a brief illness of pneumonia, Mrs. Eliza Drescott [Trescott] Fish [Fisk].

She was born in Thetford, Va., [Vt.] Dec. 6, 1812, was married in 1840 to Ephraim Fisk. At the age of 16 she became a Christian and united with the church. She had been an active member of the Congregational Church at Geneva since its organization. She had the respect and love of the entire community. Full of sympathy for the needy and charity for the erring, she lived and died trusting in Jesus Christ as her Savior.
