Mrs. Annie Tharp, wife of Ansel Tharp, died at her home near Rogersville, Monday, May 14, after a short illness of measles and pneumonia. Mrs. Tharp was a daughter of Frank and Jennie Throckmorton Breese, and was aged 27 years. She was a member of the Throckmorton Methodist Episcopal church. Beside her husband and parents she is survived by two daughters, Blanche and Catherine. One brother, James Breese, and six sisters also survive, Mrs. Floyd Conklin, near Hopewell; Mrs. Harry Johnson, of near Rogersville and Lizzie Ivy, Ruth and Pearl Breese.
