Kenneth married Lucille Babcock in Janesville on June 26, 1943. A longtime area resident, Wells had been employed 27 years by Lein Oil Co., where he was plant manager. Surviving are his wife, four daughters, Mrs. Cherri Karcz, Mrs. Christine Steube, Mrs. Suzanne Gable and Jennifer Wells, all of Janesville; two sons, Ronald of California and David of Janesville; four grandchildren; his mother, Mrs. Harry Wells Sr., of Footville; two brothers, Harry Wells Jr. of Janesville and Merton Wells of Footville; and two sisters, Mrs. Joseph Nordeng and Mrs. Gordon Callison, both of Janesville. Burial in Mount Olivet Cemetery.
