Second husband of Titanic survivor Elisabeth Walton McMillan. Mr. Robert, a lawyer, was the son of Reverend P.G. Robert. Elisabeth was first married to Judge George Madill for six years, and then married Mr. Robert who died after seven years of marriage. A close friend of Judge Madill, Mr. Robert was a pallbearer at his funeral. Following the death of Mr. Robert in December, she sought to escape her sorrow by taking a trip to Europe, to return on the Titanic. She was accompanied by her daughter from her marriage to Judge Madill (Georgette Alexandra Madill) and her maid Emilie Kreuchen. She is buried with her first husband in the Madill family lot.
