Died Mr Jowett T Menefee, aged 42 years, November 18 at 6 AM, funeral services at 2 PM today by Rev Dr. John M Moore, funeral from the residence of Mr . J. T. Berry, 293 Junius Street-Interment Greenwood Cemetery.

Funeral of J T Menefee

The funeral services of the late Jowett [sic] Townes Menefee will be held at 2 O'clock this afternoon from the residence of J T Berry, 293 Junius Street. The deceased died Saturday morning at 6 O'clock. He was born in Moberly, Missouri 44 years ago. For several years he was a prominent lumberman of Houston, but had not been in business for the last five years. Six years ago, he married Mrs J H Henry who with the three step children survive him.
