Funeral services for Mrs. Willie Cochran Figh, 82, of 4237 Northwest Highway, member of a Pioneer Dallas County family, will be held at 4:30 pm Wednesday in the Cochran Chapel Methodist Church. Burial will be in Cochran Chapel Methodist Cemetery.
Mrs. Figh died here Monday.
Her grandmother, Mrs. M.J. Cochran, donated land in 1844 for the Cochran Chapel Methodist Church, of which Mrs. Figh was a member for 87 years. Mrs. Figh was the widow of George M. Figh, a former Dallas brick contractor.
Survivors: a daugher, Mrs. Mary F Beakley, of Dallas; a sister, Mrs. J. L Harrison, of Dallas; and a grandson. Dallas Morning News,
