Son of Charles W. Woizeski and Bertha Rakow Woizeski they preceded him in death.

He was a member of the Barbershop Chorus, American Legion, and Veterans of Foreign Wars. He was confirmed in Trinity Lutheran Church.

Surviving at his death was a brother Carl C. Woizeski, three sisters Mrs. Louis Schalk, Mrs. Ed Bernau, and Mrs. H. J. Niehaus also two nephews.
