Obituary - Mrs. Effie E. Abrams, 69, of 17 Brook avenue, Blue Point, died Friday at her home after a brief illness. Born in Blue Point, she was a life resident of that community and was a member of the Blue Point Baptist Church.
She is survived by her husband, Ralph Abrams, and a brother, Edward Cochrane, both of Blue Point.
The body reposed at the C.W. Ruland Sons Chapel in Patchogue until Monday, when funeral services were held at 2 p.m. at the Blue Point Baptist Church, with the Rev. I.A. Falk, the pastor, officiating. Interment was in Blue Point cemetery.
