Pat was born January 11, 1949 in Montebello, California, and passed away in his sleep of natural causes on Thursday, April 14, 2011 at the age of sixty-two. Pat was raised in West Covina and had lived in Hawaii before moving to Ventura, where he was a resident for thirty-three years.
Pat is survived by his parents, Frank and Eleanor Costantino, of Ventura; daughters, Sheri Costantino, of Hemet, Tyla Quimby; sister, Nancy Lodolo, of Upland; nieces, Marina Moody and Francesca Beltran; great-niece, Audrey Moody; great-nephew, Nathaniel Beltran; granddaughter, Cacii Jo.
A Funeral Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 12:00 p.m. on Tuesday, April 19, 2011 (today) in the Our Lady of Assumption Catholic Church, Ventura.
Burial will follow in Ivy Lawn Memorial Park, Ventura.
