William C Wiesen, 1960 Shenango Valley Freeway, Hermitage, died at 8:20 p.m. Thursday (8-28-86) in Shenango Valley Osteopathic Hospital, Farrell, after an extended illness. He was 71. Mr. Wiesen was born in Sharon Sept. 4,1914 to the late Alfred and Lydia Sunday Wiesen. He attended St. Joseph's School. Before retiring in 1976, he had been employed 35 years at General American Transportation Corp., Masury where he was a welder. Mr. Wiesen was an avid hunter and fisherman. A Navy veteran he served during World War II. Surviving are his wife, the former Irene R. Charles, whom he married Oct. 5, 1940, and a brother Robert, Sharpsville. He was preceded in death by two sisters, Miss Catherine Wiesen and Mrs. Ella Mae Parker. {herald}
