Hot Springs - Horace Arnold Rowe, aged 79, of Hot Springs died Sunday. He was a member of Gardner Lane United Methodist Church and was a retired farmer and carpenter. Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Blanche Tillery Rowe; two sons, Horace A. Rowe Jr. of Royal and Lynn C. Rowe of Little Rock; a brother, Clarence Rowe of Hot Springs; a sister, Mrs. Mae Christensen of California; seven grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
