I knew Judy when I was a child she & my mother worked together at the Lonestar Coffee shop. Later I dated Judy's son Randy [John] off and on for 4 yrs.They were both wonderful people & I am saddened by their passing's.
Judy B. Ashmore, 78, a seamstress, passed away Sunday, Dec. 6, 2009, at her home in Azle.
Memorial service: 1 p.m. Saturday in Christian-Hawkins Funeral Chapel. Visitation: noon to 1 p.m. Saturday.
Judy was born Sept. 25, 1931, in Oklahoma, the daughter of H.D. and Oleta Dickerson Posey.
She was preceded in death by her parents and sons, James S. and John T. Ashmore.
Survivors: Those left behind to cherish her memory are her daughter, Candy Cothran and husband, Craig; granddaughter, Jennifer Ann Collins; great-grandchildren, Brandon Thomas Baker and Jaxon Cody Collins; and sister, Martha Illene Hill.
