Funeral services will be held in the Erickson & Brown Funeral Home Chapel Thursday at 11 a.m. for Taft native June Rose Finster, 69. The Rev. Sam White, pastor of the Cuyama Assembly God, will officiate at the services and burial will follow in the West Side District Cemetery.

Mrs. Finster was born in Taft October 5, 1923 and passed away Monday, August 30, 1993,in a Bakersfield hospital.

She was raised and educated in Taft and had lived in Bakersfield for the past 26 years. She enjoyed music and fishing.

Her survivors include her husband, three children and their spouses, seven grandchildren, two great grandchildren, and a sister.

Friends may call at the Erickson & Brown Funeral Home Wednesday until 8:30 p.m. and again Thursday from 8:30 a.m. until services time to pay their respects.
