BURNS SERVICES.
Funeral services for Robert Burns, 49 years old, 624 West Second street, who died Saturday, were held at 9 o'clock this morning at St. Mary's Catholic church here. The Rt. Rev. Msgr. J. M. Walsh, V. F., was celebrant of the requiem high mass; the Rev. Richard Maher of Clinton, deacon; the Rev. Denis Cahalan, sub-deacon; Mike Link, master of ceremonies, and Joseph Cross and Richard Morrissey, servers. Father Cahalan preached the sermon. The Rt. Rev. Msgr. M. A. O'Connell, treasurer, and the Rev. Leo Kerrigan of the faculty of St. Ambrose college were in the sanctuary during the funeral mass. The junior choir sang.
