I disagree with the post on who the parents of Dollie. In none of the census does Sherwood Woody Erwin and his wife Matilda Gardner have a son George. Dollie is the daughter of John W Loy and Matilda Gardner. Dollie is with grandparents Sherwood and Matilda on the 1900 and 1910 census. Even in the account of John Loy and his wife dying in the Cyclone does it mention George.

Mr. and Mrs. John Loy were buried this afternoon at Swifton. Mr. Loy met death as the storm struck and Mrs. Loy died at three this morning at the Newport Sanitarium. A son, aged 14, suffered from a scalp wound and a daughter Ruby, aged 10, who was bruised and cut were brought to the sanitarium. Five year old Wilburn Loy is also a patient at the sanitarium.
