Homer D King and his wife Annis Virginia Harris King were my husband's Grandparents.
They were the parents of William H "Bill" King born 1910 and Mary Virginia "Polly" King born 1913.
Bill & Polly were the ONLY children born to Annis & Homer.
Annis died in 1920 when Bill was 10 and Polly was 7.
Annis' mother, Nancy Morris Harris Gilliam "Granny", and her 2nd husband William Arthur Gilliam "Big Daddy", raised the children.
Homer 2nd married in 1941, Mrs. Sadie Terry Fisher.
According to Homer's death certificate, Terry was Sadie's maiden name, Fisher was her married name.
