Warren Oberholtzer was married to Sarah Ann Royer 30 Aug 1896 in Clay CO., IN. They had five children. They lived in a house that Warren's father had built all their lives until Warren became unable to be there alone. Warren farmed the land there. Warren and Sarah were hosts to grandchildren from time to time in the summer months and they were shown a great time. Warren was my husband's grandfather and he considered his time "down home" as his Mother called it to be a great way to spend time in the summer, many times with cousins they did not see often. Warren was a gentle and kind man and hard working man. One of his grandsons, Bill told his son he remembered Warren getting into the apple tree and throwing down fruit to the children. Gratefully those memories did not fade as the grandchildren grew older.
