Sarah Ann Royer Oberholtzer and Warren William were married 30 Aug 1896 in Clay Co., IN. She was the daughter of Joseph Royer and Rosanna Margaret Schauber Royer. Sarah and Warren were the parents of five children listed below.
Her children remembered her for being a hard worker and a good mother. They remember all the canning from the garden they raised. They remember her pies and the good meals she cooked for the people who came through their doors at harvest time and the ones they had living with them from time to time who were the children's teachers. Sarah became the victum of heart trouble and was bed ridden the last years of her life. Sadly she did not have the medical treatments used today ,she might have had a better and longer life. Sarah was a good and loving woman.
Several of her children left a written memory of their mother, each of them different as to their own memories.
