BOONEVILLE - Mrs. Clara Allen, 85, of Memphis, formerly of Booneville, former factory worker, died Sunday at Hillhaven Nursing Home in Memphis after a long illness.
Services will be at 11 a.m. today at McMillan Funeral Home with burial in Liberty Cemetery. She was a Baptist.
Mrs. Allen, the widow of Otis S. Allen, leaves two daughters, Ms. Geraldine Nichols of Memphis and Ms. Barbara Davis of Chicago; a sister, Ms. Pearl White of Jackson, Tenn., eight grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
