Mrs. Rosalie C. Allen, 45, of 603 Monroe St., died at 11:40 p.m. Sunday in Pawating Hospital where she had been a patient for two days. She had been ill for more than two years. Mrs. Allen was born Nov. 29, 1916, in Granger, Ind., and came to Niles in 1939 from Mishawaka, Ind.

Surviving are: her husband, Harold D.; three sons, Robert B. Allen, 1326 Fairfield Ave., M-Sgt. Norman E. Allen, with the Army in Germany, and Terence N. Allen, with the United States Navy at Memphis, Tenn.; nine grandchildren, and four brothers, Edward Claeys, Bremen, Ind., Henry Claeys, Mishawaka, Ind., Dr. Robert Claeys, Wilmington, Ohio, and Richard Claeys, San Jose, Calif.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m.,. Wednesday in the Pifer Funeral Home with the Dr. Maurice McKean, pastor of First Methodist Church, officiating. Burial will be in Silverbrook Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home after 7 p.m. today.
