Born on October 4, 1910 at Ioka, Duchesne County, Utah, a son of Delroy Angus and Alice Armistead Angus. He married Wilma Smith on May 25, 1937 in Vernal. They were sealed in the Salt Lake LDS Temple on June 8, 1939.
