Bragaleen Allison Brooks, 69, of Sylva, died Sunday, April 24, 2011, at Mountain Trace Nursing Center.
Born Dec. 7, 1941, in Macon County, she was a daughter of the late Brag and Maggie Magee Allison.
She worked at Skyland Textile as a payroll clerk for 29 years until it closed, then worked in the Jackson County finance office for 15 years until her retirement.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one brother.
Burial was in Old Savannah Cemetery.
