Dr. Archibald Truman, Loma Linda

Dr. Archibald William Truman, 93, died Wednesday in Loma Linda where he resided 22 years. He was born in Mulvane, Kansas.
Dr. Truman was a medical doctor and was the last living member of the original faculty of the Loma Linda University School of Medicine. He attended the Seventh-day Adventist Church.
Survivors include two sons, Archibald W. Truman, Jr. of Carlsbad and Rolland A. Truman of Long Beach; three daughters, Anetta L. McGuffin of Glendale, Violet Brayshaw of Yucaipa and Myrna C. Hamara of Tucson, Ariz.; a brother, Chester Truman of Colorado, 16 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Services are scheduled for 3 p.m. Monday in Hughes Loma Linda Mortuary where friends may call from noon Saturday to time of services. Interment will be in Montecito Memorial Park.
