The baby girl was born on 29 November 1904 and died on the same day. She was originally buried in the family garden. One year later, her father, Levi Blisard, removed her from the garden and placed her in the same coffin with her Mother, Nancy Bryant Blisard, and her older sister, Ida Blisard. Nancy Bryant Blisard and Ida Blisard, died of rhuematic fever on the same day, 31 August 1905.
