John D. Moore, 65, died at his home in Keokee, Va. Tuesday. He is survived by his wife Eppie M. Moore; two daughters, Mrs. Robert Gibson, Appalachia, Va. and Mrs. Everett Green, Norton, Va.; six sons, Dumas of Beaumont, Texas, John D. Jr., of Exeter, Va., Hamal and Jerry Wayne both of Keokee, Va., William of Rockford, Wa., and Darel of Dayton, Oh. His body was removed from Appalachia Funeral Home to the residence Friday afternoon. Funeral services will be held Saturday at 2 pm at Missionary Baptist Church Keokee, Va., the Rev. H. B. Land officiating. Burial will be in the Morris Cemetery. -Kingsport News
