Segie was the third child born April 12, 1900 to James Henry and Ada Cadenhead Stone. Segie's older siblings were Gladys Virginia Feb 12, 1897 and Paul Revere Stone Dec 15 1898. Her other siblings were William Virgil, however he later changed his name to Thomas. Another sister was born June 24, 1905. She died at 3 years old. Two youngest were Henry Edward Byrne Stone and James Lane Allyn Stone.
When her family moved to Florida, Segie worked a while at First National Bank in Deland, Fla. She had left her sweetheart in Texas so she returned to TX and they were married in 1923 in Dallas TX. Her husband was John T Thompson. He was a minister. They were the parents of 3 children. James E, John S, and Segie M Thompson.
Probably in the late 70's We met Segie as she came to a Stone Reunion in Crittenden Co, KY. My memorials are never finished. If I find new info, I have to add it.
