Mary Heckathorn Bickel was my second great grandmother. Her daughter Rosa Jane Bickel Knight was my great grandmother. I have a certified copy of Mary's death certificate. Date Mar 16, 1994 No# 007903 for my copy. Actual file no. 67636 Registered # 100 or possibly 105. The doctor that signed the death certificate was P. Eleunningham (not sure of the spelling as the copy is grainy, even though is stamped). He states her saw her on July 5, 1921 and that death occured on July 13, 1921 at 2:30 pm of arteriosclerosis. He signed it on July 14, 1921 in Franklin, Pa. It also states the length of her illness as five years. Date of burial July 16, 1921. The other personal information provided on the certificate was given by ? (first name illegible) H.L. Perry Prospect Park, Franklin, Pa. Mary Bickel was widowed, retired and lists her parents as Henry & Susannah Sadler Heckathorn.
I also have a copy of marriage license for Henry L Perry and Nannie E Bickel. I am assuming the person providing the personal information on Mary's birth certificate was Nannie and H.L. Perry.
