Celia Beatrice Anson, 95, of Marigold Health Care Center died there Saturday, Nov. 2, 2002.

Born July 20, 1907, in Galesburg, she married Theodore Anson on May 28, 1927, in Rock Island. He preceded her in death.

She also was preceded in death by one daughter, Barb Duke; three brothers; two sisters; and one grandson.

Surviving are one son, Bruce Mace of Seattle; two daughters, Beverly Thierry and Francine Ramirez, both of Galesburg; and one brother, Charles White of Galesburg.

She worked at the former Three Sisters store for several years and later was display director at O.T. Johnson department store, retiring in 1972.

She was a member of St. Patrick's Catholic Church in Galesburg, its Altar and Rosary Society and the Lay Order of Carmelites.

Burial will be in St. Joseph's Cemetery.
