Yolanda Scurti Sani of New Britain, a former inspector for the Fafnir Bearing Co., died Tuesday. She was 91.
Mrs. Sani, who was born in Pescara, Italy, lived in New Britain for 88 years. Her husband, John J. Sani, died in 1965.
She leaves three daughters, Sandra Ziel of New Britain, Lucille Cisinski of New Britain and Anita Pawelczyk of Bristol; one brother, Henry Scurti of Long Island; one sister, Rena Scurti of New Britain; nine grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
Calling hours are Friday at New Britain Memorial Funeral Home, 444 Farmington Ave. Funeral services will be Saturday at 9 a.m., followed by a Mass at 10 a.m. from St. Jerome Church. Burial will be in St. Mary Cemetery. The Donald D. Sagarino Funeral Home, 109 North St., is in charge of arrangements.
